The “Pleated Skirt by Bo” sewing pattern is a versatile pattern designed in our own studio. You can make the skirt from all kinds of fabrics. Keep it simple with a solid-color fabric or go for a printed one. The fabric you choose determines how the skirt drapes. A stiffer fabric will make the skirt flare out widely, while a soft, flowing fabric will make it drape toward you. The various lengths allow you to create a completely different look every time. It can be worn and made all year round.
The sewing pattern includes instructions in Dutch, English, German, and French. It also comes with a tutorial video on YouTube so you can make the skirt step by step along with me. It’s not a difficult design, though it does feature a zipper in the side seam; side pockets are optional, and the waistband is finished with a buttonhole and button.
Further instructions and necessary information, such as the size chart, are included with the sewing pattern. Sizes range from XS to XXL.
